Yes if you are not on the monthly plan. You will need to pay a 25% deposit first and then pay the remaining once the issue has been resolved. However if you are on Plan 2 monthly the payment will be paid once the work is done on a monthly basis.
We do not offer refunds on all products.
Our goal with this service is to keep your site secure and to avoid issues. If you are on Plan 2 monthly we run regular scans and assist with the cleanup and recovery. If you are not on Plan 2 and need immediate attention please email us hello@theretailpfactor.com, we will be there to assist you.
We update your website content (which is provided by you) this content can be for your Blog, adding new products or just updating descriptions with new information.

Yes you cancel, you will need to give us 30 days notice.
