She is an E-Commerce Specialist, Entrepreneur and mother to a son. Pam is based in London, England but works with women worldwide.
Driven by her passion to help people Pam started The Retail P Factor in 2017, after more than 14 years as a Retail Consultant with sales and management experience. She wanted to provide Strategies, Marketing, Operations and E-Commerce Solutions for Female Entrepreneurs & Saleswomen.
Pam is on mission to support and empower women to live in their Purpose and turn their Passion into a reality.
